The bill (Reg. No. 1138) suggests supplementing the list of infringements for administrative detention of a person by internal affairs personnel with the following types of infringements: minor larceny and violation of administrative supervision rules by persons in regard to which it was established.
The second paragraph of article 262 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative infringements is to be amended. The document stipulates also new version of clause one of the article.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will allow for eliminating gaps in administrative legislation.
